Warranty & Returns
Hanada Home warrants that our product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 60 days from the shipping date.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, abused, or altered. Our warranty only applies to alleged defective products.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, shall supersede the 60-day period mentioned above. No responsibility is assumed for any accidental damage or damages due to misuse.

You can return any new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not include shipping costs. Please call our customer service for details at 1-800-777-5538 or email us at dogpoopcatcher.com. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after returning your package to Hanada Home. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive, (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
